What is the maximum capacity of the banquet hall?
Depending on the layout, we can accommodate from 15 tables to 65 tables. Flexible arrangements are available.
Is parking available?
Yes, we provide ample free parking & buggy services, including reserved VIP parking upon request.
Is there a minimum spending requirement?
Yes, minimum spending varies based on the size of the hall and the time slot (lunch or dinner).
Can we bring our own alcohol or cake? Is there a corkage fee?
Yes, you may only bring your own alcohol. Corkage fees apply for wine or liquor and will be informed in advance. We also provide a complimentary dummy wedding cake for the cutting ceremony.
Do you provide decoration services for weddings or events?
We can recommend trusted decorators or work with your preferred team. Early access for venue setup can be arranged.
Are AV equipment and microphones provided?
Yes, we offer basic AV facilities including a large LED screen, microphones, and sound system. Additional equipment can be arranged if needed.
Can the banquet menu be customized?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of set menus (Chinese cuisine, seafood, pork-free options), and customization is welcome based on your preferences.
How do we confirm the booking? Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due before the event end (typically before 8pm)
Is food tasting available? Is there a fee?
Yes, food tasting is available by appointment. Bookings of 40 tables and above: Food tasting for up to 10 pax is complimentary. Bookings between 30–39 tables: Enjoy 50% off the tasting set for up to 10 pax. Bookings below 30 tables: Food tasting will be charged based on the selected package menu price. Note: Tasting is available for selected menus and dishes. Advance booking is required.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. Deposits are refundable or forfeited based on the circumstances.
