With hints of rustic goodness to match the groom’s personality and ethereal elegance to suit the bride, we love how both themes came together beautifully to create the “Midnight over Atlantis” concept for this wedding.
Held at City Harvest Church, the wedding’s main inspiration came from the couple’s favourite Disney cartoon, ‘The Little Mermaid’, and featured a contrasting blend of delicate white flowers, rustic greens and elegant deep blue tones. Many thanks to Arch & Vow for these brilliant captures!
Sue Ann: “I will always remember walking down the aisle with my dad towards Victor. We promised ourselves months beforehand that he wouldn’t see my gown until our wedding day. I was also quite particular about the details of my gown, and made an effort to find the right designer to make our moment special. Thanks to Ambersze, the gown was as I’d envisioned.
“Having our beloved dogs with us at our wedding was a priority. There were not many wedding venues in Kuala Lumpur with that option so we were very thankful our church allowed our ‘baby girls’ to be a part of our wedding!”
Tips from the bride: “Decide on the right wedding theme that describes both of you as a couple and follow it throughout the process. Create a moodboard that tells the story of your concept. This will help your vendors to understand your vision. Take your time to find the right vendors who will match your budget, as the right ones will do a great job bringing your ideas to life.”
