As an old city filled with nooks and crannies, London has a touch of old world glamour to it. From the perfectly manicured English gardens to the architecture, these bridal portraits are classic and romantic, highlighted by the newlyweds’ looks of love that were reserved only for each other. She looked resplendent in her dreamy fairytale-style bridal gown, while he looked very dapper indeed in his blue suit and coat. Many thanks to Ann-Kathrin Koch for capturing these beautiful bridal portraits and the sweet, intimate wedding ceremony.
Jenni: “Malcolm and I were raised in the same small town in Malaysia, and studied in the same county in the UK, but our paths did not cross until 2011. It was Chinese New Year and I remember meeting this outspoken, charming guy, but never thought that I would be married to him in 5 years. We eventually got together in late 2013. His sweaty palm when he first held my hand was the cutest thing and I’ll never forget it.
“Having a ROM ceremony in my favourite city of London has always been my dream. The moment he gave his speech at the Westminster Register Office, I felt a love I’ve never known; it’s an amazing feeling getting married to your soul mate. I’m sentimental and I insisted on wearing the dinner dress he bought me in the first year of our relationship to the ceremony. It wasn’t fancy but it meant a lot to me.”
