Miss Shortcakes is run by pastry chef and cake decorator Jessica Ting, who has 20 years of experience in pastry and cake decorating. She creates bespoke cakes for weddings, engagements, birthdays, and all other special occasions. Her clientele consists of the who’s who of Malaysian society. Visit her brand new retail store at Mcity Jalan Ampang, where you can purchase ready made cakes, cupcakes, tarts and slices. Her signature flavours include Belgian Chocolate, French Vanilla and Raspberry, and Lemon Poppyseed.
