Clarke Ballroom
Stylish yet vibrant with a contemporary twist that is timeless, the newly renovated pillar-less Clarke Ballroom, which accommodates up to 600 guests, will feature state-of-the-art facilities with architectural lighting and GOBO designs that enable couples to customise their wedding into any theme.
The brightness of the ballroom and its LCD projectors are easily controlled via iPad, and in addition to four different table arrangement styles for Chinese, Western, Malay and Indian weddings, couples also get to choose from various cuisines.
Plus, with two notable interactive kitchen stations that are located at the foyer area, all you have to do is say the word and the hotel’s wedding planner will transform them into a dessert bar or something equivalent for couples who prefer to venture from the norm.
Glasshouse at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur

This space can be utilised for a ceremony, but it can also host an intimate reception. Located at the far end of the rooftop pool area and enclosed in a steel-glass structure, it offers privacy for you and your guests. Standard sound system is available for use but additional systems will need to be outsourced to accommodate a live band. The Poolside Bar & Grill glasshouse would be made available with booking of wedding packages for 80 guests minimum.
Wedding Packages
To utilising the Poolside Bar & Grill glasshouse, a booking of wedding packages for 80 guests minimum is required. Wedding packages start at RM 310 per person. The reception will be held at the Gallery, which is a close function room located on the same floor as the Poolbar & Grill that seats a total of 150 guests in round tables. Alternatively, the Clarke Ballroom can seat up to 300 guests in round tables and wedding packages start at RM 3698 nett per tables of 10. A minimum required booking of 20 tables is required to utilise the ballroom.
