Welly: “The best moment was when we exchanged our vows; it was very personal and emotional, and there was also the realisation that all our hard work preparing for the wedding had paid off. We wanted to have an intimate wedding, one that would be remembered by family and friends. Hence our wedding theme was personal, fun yet unique. We chose the Lombok Lodge because it is one of the most beautiful and luxurious private villas in Lombok, and the venue allowed the sunset to become the backdrop for when we said ‘I do’ to each other. Our colour theme was yellow, royal blue and white – a fun summer theme. The wedding favours were custom made cookies with our initials.”
