We believe guests should always leave a wedding celebration knowing a little more about the couple and appreciating the love they have for each other. That’s why we were thrilled when we stumbled upon Sarah and Justin’s wedding. Everything they liked and loved were included in the celebrations, from their love of tea cups to their background in performing arts.
The wedding took place on a farm in Melbourne, with a mixed wedding theme of Enid Blyton’s children’s books meets “The Great Gatsby” meets the 1950s. The bride knew exactly the dress she wanted, a 2009 Giambattista Valli creation, but since it was no longer sold in stores she had to have one custom made.
The couple’s collection of vintage tea cups and plates of different designs, shapes, sizes and colours looked beautiful sitting on the tables for their 150 guests. The tea bags were also DIY, and carried the slogan “The Perfect Blend Since 2007”.
