The Grand Ballroom is pillar-less and decorated with brilliant chandeliers. It also has a newly installed 360 degrees LED screen that creates an immersive experience for whatever event you're throwing. It can be separated into 3 separate ballrooms in the layout as attached. This is one of the best venue for large scale weddings, as there aren’t that many venues in Klang Valley that can fit 700 pax (70 tables).

Grand Ballroom

The Grand Salon is the better choice for a smaller wedding, with its minimum capacity of 200 pax and maximum capacity of 450 pax. The Grand Salon is pillar-less just like the Grand Ballroom, with brilliant crystal chandeliers.

Open since 1991, Ciao Ristorante is an institution when it comes to Italian dining in Kuala Lumpur. If you are looking for a truly authentic Italian food experience, our 30 years of commitment will not disappoint you.

The restaurant resembles a rustic Italian farm house with a cosy garden and a small lake overlooking the golf course. The surrounding greenery and the ample parking facilities make us a unique venue for outdoor weddings and any other type of events. Spacious high-ceilinged rooms are suitable for indoor events too.

MINIMUM SPENDING  
• A guaranteed minimum spending on Food & Beverage (F&B) may be required to book our venues. 
• No extra rental charges for the venues upon commitment of the guaranteed minimum spending on F&B. 
• Should the total amount at the end of the event do not reach the agreed minimum spending, the shortage will be 
charged as a “rental fee” on the final invoice. 
• FLEXIBILITY: minimum spending rates may not be required based on the date of the event. In this case the 
venue will be selected at CIAO’s discretion based on the booking situation on that day. Priority on your venue first 
choice will be considered    
• The minimum spending rates refers to the usage of the venues for either Lunch or Dinner session only (early access 
or extension of time accordingly to terms & conditions below).  
• RENTAL ONLY: Should you wish to rent the Whole Restaurant only and bring your own caterer, the minimum 
spending will be treated as rental fee at a flat rate of RM 25,000++ for the whole day (tables and chairs included).  
Alcohol beverages to be purchased from Ciao (glassware provided). 
• The restaurant reserves the right to accommodate walk in guests or another event in separate venues unless the

Main dining room

The canopy area is a spacious and versatile outdoor venue, perfect for hosting a variety of events ranging from elegant banquets to large-scale celebrations. It is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 30 round banquet tables, with each table seating up to 10 guests, making the total capacity approximately 300 people. This generous space makes it ideal for weddings, gala dinners, corporate functions, or community gatherings that require both comfort and a touch of sophistication in an open-air setting.

In addition to its seating capacity, the canopy features a fully covered stage measuring 18 feet by 15 feet. The stage provides a professional platform for live entertainment, speeches, performances, or presentations, ensuring your event has a central focal point. Whether you're organizing a concert, an awards ceremony, or a wedding toast, the stage offers both visibility and shelter, allowing events to proceed smoothly regardless of the weather.

The stage is also equipped with a 60 Amp 3-phase isolator, providing the necessary electrical infrastructure to support professional lighting, audio equipment, or other technical setups. This ensures that even complex events with significant power requirements can be executed without a hitch. Sentul Pavilion KL

Sentul Pavillion is the one of the latest event spaces under the management of YTL group. Nestled within a private park adjacent to the better known Sentul Depot, it’s a short drive from the city. Constructed as a glasshouse overlooking the landscaped vistas and tastefully finished with 5 star amenities, this place is perfect for couples looking to have an upscale event to remember. As your guests arrive, they will be rewarded with a scenic drive through this well planned park. The walkway from the carpark to the entrance of the pavilion was designed to fit a buggy car if one was needed.

This package gives all access to facilities on site and 8 hours usage of venue space. The venue provides a fully industrial kitchen for your preferred caterer of choice. The venue rental costs RM45,000 for 8 hours of usage, and RM15,000 for an 12 hours of set up time.

Weekday Rates

The Hall in Sentul Pavilion inside the glasshouse structure fits 30 round tables (300 pax). Before entering the Hall, there is a hotel standard foyer of 2800 square feet that fits a 100 guests, which will be perfect for your pre-dinner cocktail. 123
