Do you offer a flat rate parking for wedding guests?
Yes, we offer a flat parking rate of RM10 for all wedding guests, provided they park in the hotel’s designated parking area. To ensure eligibility for the flat rate, guests must pass through two security barricades using the same parking ticket received at the first checkpoint. Only parking tickets that have gone through both barricades can be validated for the RM10 flat rate.
What are the room types that will be offered to the newlyweds and their parents?
An Urban Suite for the newlyweds and a Grand Deluxe Oasis King room for the parents
Does the hotel have a halal certificate?
The hotel does not possess a halal certification due to the serving of alcoholic beverages. However, all food is prepared using halal-certified ingredients.
What type of wedding favor (door gift) is included in the wedding package?
It includes a choice of either a macaron or a chocolate praline

A non-refundable deposit of MYR 10,000.00 nett is required upon confirmation of the event to secure the venue and services. Second Payment: 70% of the total event cost is payable one month prior to the wedding date. Balance Payment: The remaining 30% balance is to be settled on the following day during check-out.
