Dramatic landscapes and picturesque scenery are found throughout Norway. Oslo, located in the southern part of Norway, and Tromsø, which is at the northern part, boast some of the most visually impressive coastal landscapes in the world, and Norway is also home to the Aurora Borealis, or the Northern Lights. Here, Juvenco of Sheerss shares with us glimpses of this beautiful country through this stunning set of bridal portraits.
Cindy and Benny: “We love snow and thought we would like to try our luck at finding the Northern Lights, so that’s why we chose to do our bridal portraits in Norway.
“We hired a very expensive tour guide to help us, and even though the aurora forecast for that day wasn’t good, we went for it anyway. As we were on our way, there was a heavy snowstorm and our car got stuck in the snow. We had to wait an hour for an excavator to help us, and we didn’t get to see the Northern Lights after all that trouble. Luckily, Juvenco, our photographer, was very cool with the situation and he tried his best to find other options. He was very helpful and we even laughed about the ‘accident’ afterwards.
“The next day, when we were still in town and going out for a walk, we saw the Northern Lights, and Juvenco immediately asked us to pose for the pictures. We were so lucky, and grateful that we enjoyed our photoshoot so much.”
