Designed for an intimate gathering of just 40 guests, this wedding reimagines an industrial warehouse into a space of quiet refinement and immersive calm. Rather than concealing the venue’s raw architecture, the design embraces it—working with its soaring ceilings, exposed structures, and generous negative space to create an atmosphere that feels both expansive, yet personal.

At the heart of the setting, a suspended installation of smoke bush forms a cloud-like focal point, softening the architectural lines while drawing the eye upward. This sculptural centrepiece sets the tone for the rest of the space, where organic floral arrangements featuring orchids in muted lilac and burnt orange tones are composed in loose, asymmetrical forms. The result is an elevated palette with subtle bursts of colour.

Soft drapery compartmentalise both the ceremony and reception areas, whilst gently diffusing the light and adding movement against the stillness of the industrial backdrop. Low seating arrangements and thoughtfully spaced layouts encourage a sense of closeness among guests, while maintaining a deliberate sense of openness.
The reception continues this visual language with long tables dressed in flowing ivory linens, paired with transparent chairs that keep the overall look light and unobtrusive. Floral arrangements remain sculptural and restrained, allowing each element—from curated desserts presented on silver trays to textural botanical accents—to feel considered, never excessive.

Balancing raw and refined, structure and softness, this celebration reflects a design philosophy rooted in restraint. It is a wedding that does not seek to overwhelm, but instead invites guests to slow down, observe, and be fully present within the space.
