It all boils down to sound decisions, a quality venue and efficient vendors. Believe it or not, this couple hosted three wedding reception dinners with just six weeks of planning!

Lacking the time to even consult with a wedding planner, the bride picked her favourite colour – pastel blue – and left the rest to her décor vendor, Wishing Tree. The combination of hydrangeas, ivory roses, white tulips and phalaenopsis softened the grand ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and helped to create a dreamy fairyland ambience that the guests loved.

Drawing inspiration from their college days in London, which was where they met, Shanru and Wee Jin themed their wedding “British Vintage”. The intimate setting was perfect for the meaningful celebration, which was also a happy reunion for all who attended. Meanwhile, the gold candelabras and crystal cut vases, set against the black tablecloths, made quite an impression and brought the touch of glamour that the couple sought.
