The Spaces
The Lawn
The Lawn is no doubt the Piece de resistance of the Glasshouse at Seputeh. It is indisputably its defining space. The Lawn is a drop dead gorgeous garden with a double volume floor to ceiling glass window overlooking a cascading foliage on the adjacent slopes. There is a beautiful staged area, with hardwood panel lighted walkway with trees planted throughout the area. As seen in the photos above, due to its higher ground, the surrounding greenery just blends and wraps seamlessly around the venue, giving it a on-the-top of the hill feel. The photo above is taken from a real wedding that we previously featured.
The Parlour
The Parlour is the accompanying space with a full hall view into the Lawn. It has flexible glass panel doors and ceiling to floor raw brick walls, the Parlour offers versatility to your wedding planning by providing the option of a closed or open seating option in conjunction with other spaces in the Glasshouse at Seputeh. It also serves as a space to host a variety of functions such as corporate functions to bridal showers and to birthday parties. In the above photo, the couple from the real wedding we featured used this space as an expanded area for guests sitting, while allowing the guests to still a part of the main event with its floor to ceiling glass panelling.
The Grand Court
The Grand Court with its huge sitting capacity would be where most guests be seated. With its stunning brick and concrete walls with exterior glass panel wrapping, this spacious area will make one feel part of the entire space. Instead of the usual round tables throughout the space, the couple in the real wedding featured in the photo above utilised long rectangular tables to create a different feel for their wedding.
