2. The “Burton Menswear London Giveaway For Your Groomsmen” (“Giveaway”) is open to participants aged 18 and over as of the date of entry, and who are currently residing in Malaysia only. They must be engaged and getting married before 30 April 2016.

3. This Giveaway begins on 3 December 2015 and ends on 27 December 2015 at 11:59PM (“GMT +8”). Results will be announced on 30 December 2015, Wednesday, on F3 Malaysia’s Facebook (F3 Malaysia) and Instagram (@burton_my) pages.

4. Only ONE (1) winner will be chosen. The winner will be chosen based on the “most creative” moment, as well as other factors like number of followers, customer profile and brand relevancy, etc. The winner selected by the organiser (“Crossline Studio”, “We”) or the sponsor (“Wing Tai Clothing – Burton Menswear London”) is final. The prize will be issued in the winner’s name per their identification card and is strictly non-transferable.

5. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Any federal, state and local taxes or additional costs that may be imposed in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to the organiser and sponsors to use the winner’s pictures and/or name and/or other particulars and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade and promotion without further compensation, notification of the winner and authorisation from the winner.

8. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering this Giveaway or accepting the prize.
