Important Things To Note
- Both individuals a re required to be present during application of marriage registration
- Marriage Certificate cost: RM20.00 (in cash)
- Registration should be submitted within 6 months from the date of stated on foreign marriage certificate or within 6 months of first arrival in Malaysia as a married couple. Penalty for late registration applies. RM100.00 for the first year and an additional RM 50.00 for every subsequent year thereafter.
