This was a two-day event starting with a simple ceremony and lunch reception at The Ritz Carlton, followed by a beautiful dinner reception at The Majestic Hotel. Both these hotels have that colonial interior that is actually quite hard not to love.
The interesting thing about this wedding, which was carefully planned by My Wedding Planner, was that there was no colour theme. Instead, Wishing Tree created lighthearted, beautiful floral arrangements with light pastel blooms. Thanks, Adam Ong, for capturing this beautiful wedding in photos.

Yunny: “I loved working with all my vendors. My dad loves The Majestic Hotel, so we picked it as our venue. I wanted something simple and not too loud so I chose pastel colours. I tried to avoid all white because it’s culturally taboo.”
Tips from the bride: “Talk to your wedding planner and tell them your expectations. You need to be able to communicate with all your vendors too. For me, looking for a good photographer and videographer was the easiest part, because I know what I like. I think a good makeup artist is really important as well, so do as many trials as you can.”
