Bless this couple for their persistence in the face of global chaos! Their gorgeous wedding is a bright spot in so many ways, and it just goes to show that when it comes to weddings, true love is all that is needed. Prior to the ‘Circuit Breaker’ in Singapore, they decided to proceed with their wedding by hosting a small ceremony in their own home, keeping it small and safe for everyone. Imagine the memories every time they walk those hallways now! Thank you for these stunning images, Jonlin Photography.
When the pandemic resulted in limitations on gatherings, the couple realised that the church wedding they had initially planned would have to be adapted accordingly. With a maximum of just 10 people allowed, they tried to find a suitable private venue. Fortunately, their home had been newly renovated, which gave them the wonderful option of having their wedding in their very own dance studio. Making the most of the beautiful occasion, they put together a rich array of dark flowers that contrasted beautifully with their white, modern country, wood-themed home.
“It was amazing to watch the flowers and décor going up, transforming our house into a wedding venue,” shared the bride. “It went from a home to an extraordinary stage for our ceremony, and made our first home together all the more meaningful.” Look at the way the groom gazed at his bride as she walked down the “aisle”!
Tips from the bride: “Our bouquets came from 85Flowers. They were flexible enough to change our previous church aisle décor to a floral arch. I am definitely recommending them to my friends!”
