A beautiful sunset beach wedding at Avillion, Port Dickson. It’s quite trendy nowadays for couples to use seashells for their beach weddings, but we love the added touch of green apples and white gerbera daisies. It made the whole set so much more interesting and lovely, and set just the right atmosphere for an intimate celebration with family and friends.
Damon: “The most beautiful moment for me was seeing my bride for the first time in her stunning white gown, walking down the aisle with her father. She simply took my breath away! It was also having our family and closest friends being such an integral part of the wedding ceremony. Having my best friend as our celebrant, and Pei Yen’s sister and brother-in-law as our emcees just topped it off. I also must say that Anna’s approach and professionalism were second to none, which made us both feel so relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera on our big day.
“We wanted to have a wedding that was a little bit different from the typical big, formal, western-style wedding and reception, and since we have so many beautiful beaches here in Malaysia, it wasn’t difficult making our decision. We were a little bit wary, as some beach weddings can look tacky, so we did a lot of research on locations and colour themes that would bring life and enjoyment to the clean white sand. We felt that apple green was fresh and modern, and was a perfect match with Avillion’s set-up on Tumasek Beach.”
