From donning traditional Japanese garb to explore the urban parts of Japan to wearing sweet, romantic outfits for the more rural and nature based aspects of their bridal portraits, we love how these shots captured the bride and groom’s undeniable affection for each other.
Even the majestic Mount Fuji couldn’t dwarf the newlyweds’ love for each other, and it was beautiful to see them explore the quiet Japanese forests, Lake Kawaguchiko, and sakura gardens. Many thanks to Synchronal Photography for these photos!
Yu Li of Synchronal Photography: “These two are the kind of gentle souls that you feel instantly comfortable around, just like you would with an old friend. Nearing Lake Kawaguchiko, our car temperature gauge dipped and registered 0°C! It was unexpected, just as we hadn’t expected Mount Fuji to reveal its glorious peak! With its clear reflection on the lake, it was a surreal and tranquil moment for all of us. As we drove around the outskirts of town, away from the crowds to explore unbeaten paths, we pulled over by the road and ran into a quaint forest between the rows of trees, just like little kids.”
